I was a vegan for 6 months to give my body a break from all the junky foods. What happened? My hair thinned, I broke out, I felt tired ALL THE TIME, my skin tone became pale, my skin was dry... I can go on and on. My body did not react well to the change because it takes a lot of planning to be a healthy vegan. I would say only 20% of vegans do it right, the rest are just asking for health problems.
